Founded in 1998, Work-Able Solutions is a privately owned and funded organization, providing community-based occupational therapy consulting services in Manitoba. Rehabilitation services are aimed at assisting adults who have sustained an injury, illness, or disability, achieve their maximum level of function, and safely return to work and activities of daily living. Workplace intervention services are designed to prevent injuries, improve productivity, and facilitate accommodation of workers with disabilities.
Work-Able Solutions is dedicated to providing quality services by:

Work-Able Solutions offers a wide range of assessment and rehabilitation services to address a wide spectrum of medical conditions, including:
• Musculoskeletal injury such as fractures, back/neck injury, amputation, repetitive strain and chronic pain
• Neurological conditions such as brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and spinal cord injury
• Mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress disorder
Assessments are designed to obtain objective information regarding an individual's abilities and limitations, in order to determine functional capacity, and rehabilitation and return to work potential. Treatment programs are structured, goal-oriented, and promote positive functional outcomes.
Work-Able Solutions uses a client centred approach, recognizing that every person and setting are unique, and strives to find the best solution for each situation. The clinical consultants at Work-Able Solutions have over 10 years of experience, share a dedication to ongoing education and training, have experience working in a variety of occupational settings, and are sensitive to many workplace issues such as safety, productivity demands, current legislation, and cost effectiveness.
